In the morning, you will be picked up at your hotel and then driven to the Huanghuacheng Great Wall. Huanghuacheng provides a challenge as it has no stone steps or no single smooth path like the ones found at Badaling and other sections of the Great Wall. The Great Wall was constructed in 1575 and took many years to finish the construction.On the way, your guide will tell you about the history of the Great Wall and upon your arrival, you will start to explore the Great Wall by yourself! After lunch, you will be driven to the Mutianyu Great Wall and enjoy the climbing there. Mutianyu connects Juyongguan Pass in the west and Gubeikou Great Wall in the east. It is the main defensive fortification to the north of Beijing and has protected the capital and the nearby Ming Tombs for many hundreds of years.At the end of the day, you will be driven back to your hotel in Beijing downtown.
