Hailar is an urban district that serves as the seat of city Hulunbuir in northeastern Inner Mongolia, China. Long known as the "Pearl of the Grasslands", Hailar acts as a gateway between China and Russia. The famous Hulunbuir Grassland is considered to be the most beautiful grassland in China, which haven't been polluted so far. The Hulun Lake has a variety of bird resources and is a perfect place to watch sun-rise.
