Maijishan Grottoes are a series of 194 caves cut in the side of the hill of Majishan in Tianshui, Gansu Province, northwest China. The grottoes kept its fine sculpture of 12 feudal dynasties. Now, it is still well-preserved and has the lively figure. The rock architecture contains more than 7200 buddhist sculptures and over 1000 square meters of murals. It is the fourth largest grottoes in China, after Dunhuang, Datong and Luoyang.
