Mogao Grottoes, also known as the Thousand Buddha Cave, is located the southeast of Dunhuang County in Gansu Province. It is one of the Three noted grottoes in China along with Longmen Grottoes and Yungang Grottoes. It is also the largest and best-preserved treasure house of Buddhist art in the world.
