Pingyao Ancient City Pictures

Pingyao is an ancient county located in central Shanxi Province. During the Qing Dynasty, it was regarded as the financial center of the country. Now. it is well known for its well-perserved ancient city walls, which has been listed in the UNESCO World Heirtage Site. The city still keeps the original city layout since the Ming and Qing Dynasty. And the streets and storefronts still keeps their historical appearance also.
