Tian'anmen Square Pictures

Tian'anmen Square is located in the center of Beijing. It is the largest city center square in the world. The Square is 880m long from north to south, 500m wide from east to west with a total area of 44 hectares. In the Ming and Qing Dynasties, it used to be a "T" shaped square. However, after the founding of the People's Republic of China in 1949, the square was rebuilt and many important buildings were built on it.
