You will then visit the Yungang Grottoes, a shining example of Chinese religious art created by artisans of the ethnic groups of the Northern Wei Dynasty. Next, we will visit the Huayan Monastery; a well preserved building of worship dating back to the Liao Period of 916-1125.The Nine Dragon Wall will follow. At 46m long, 7m high and over 2m thick, this is the largest example of this type of wall in China and is made up of over 420 pieces of glazed tile work. Then, you will return to the hotel.
