Day 01: Arrive in Dunhuang (L/D)
Our dedicated local guide will be waiting to collect you at the airport. And then, you will go on a short camel ride and a tour of the Echoing-Sand Mountain and the Crescent Moon Lake. The Echoing-Sand Mountain is famous for the amazing sounds that its sands make when the wind blowing. Crescent Moon Lake stretches amost a handred meters long from south to north and twenty-five meters wide from east to west with the depth of five meters most. As the name suggests this beautiful natural spring is shaped like a crescent moon. After the tour, you will be driven back to your hotel.

Day 02: Depart from Dunhuang (B/L)
In the morning, you will be collected for a tour of the Mogao Grottoes. There are over 490 caves in this cave system, which hold a priceless collection of the most important examples of Buddhist statues and paintings. It contains some of the finest examples of Buddhist art carved out of the sandstone cliffs of Mingsha Mountain spanning a period of a thousand years. After the Grottoes you will be driven to the airport for next destination. (Service End)
