Day 01: Arrive in Dunhuang (L/D)
Our dedicated local guide will be waiting to collect you at the airport and bring you to your hotel. After check in you will go on a short Camel Ride and a tour of the Echoing-Sand Mountain and the Crescent Moon Lake. Echoing Sand Mountain gets its name from the musical sounds that the wind makes as it blows across the sands. Crescent Moon Lake is a natural spring measuring 250 meters by 50 meters, and is a beautifully quiet spot.

Day 02: Dunhuang (B/L/D)
In the morning, you will be collected for a tour of the Mogao Grottoes. There are over 490 caves in this cave system, which hold a priceless collection of the most important examples of Buddhist statues and paintings. After the Grottoes you will be returned to your hotel.
