This morning you will be picked up at your hotel and driven to visit Kalakuli Lake. Kalakuli Lake, also known as the Ka Lake and Black Lake, located at the foot of Mushitage Mountain and 3,600 meters above sea level, is a mountain lake with an area of 10 square kilometers and the depth of 30 meters. Kalakuli means black in Uygur language; this is how the name of lake comes from. Kalakuli Lake is the largest one among many lakes in the Pamirs.If you look from afar , the lake is surrounded by many mountains and reflects silvery light; but when you are close to it, it's very quiet and clean.

Attraction Description:
The Karakuri Lake is located at the foot of the Muztagata Mountain, widely acclaimed as the Father of Glaciers. With a distance of 191 kilometers to Kashgar, the Karakuri Lake is 3,600 meters above sea level and has a total area of 10 square kilometers. With a depth of 30 meters, the water in the lake is dark blue, hence the name of Karakuri or "black lake". Surrounded by mountains, Karakuri Lake is a glacial and moraine lake and has many glaciers in the lake area. Moraines and ridges zigzag against the background of vast lush grass.
