Upon your arrival you will be picked up from the airport and driven to your hotel. The rest of day will be yours to rest or explore the city on your own.

Day 02: Depart from Nanning (B/L)
Today, you will first visit Guangxi Museum, which is famous for its great collections of ancient bronze drums that date back to the spring and autumn period (770BC-476BC). Here you can also see the characteristic architecture, clothes and customs of the eleven ethnic groups, especially the Zhuang ethnic group living in Guangxi Province. Then, you will visit Nanhu Lake Park, an above-water paradise with different kinds of cruise ships, scenery viewing bridges and modern entertainment facilities. After the tour, you will be transferred to the airport for your next destination.

Attraction Description:
Guangxi Museum Founded in 1954, Guangxi Museum now has an area of 12,900sq.m with a display building built in 1978. The building is symmetrical and stately, with chiseled features and elegance appearance and in southern architectural style and national form. In the museum, there is Guangxi Ancient Bronze Drum Exposition. As the precious heritage of the minority groups in southern China, the bronze drums are the real data for researching on the ancient society, politic, economy and culture in the south. Among 610 bronze drums found and collected in Guangxi, 334 can be seen in Guangxi Museum which owns the largest number for bronze drums in relatively integrated types.
Nanhu Lake Park Nanhu Lake Park is located in the southeast of Nanning City and features aquatic sceneries and subtropical gardening landscapes. It covers an area of 1.3 square kilometers (about 0.5 square miles) and a quarter of the whole park is covered by the lake. Nanhu Lake was once a brook connected to a river but during the Tang Dynasty (618-907), a major flood occurred and submerged the surrounding fields and houses, which was how Nanhu Lake was created. Nanhu Lake is an ideal place to entertain yourself. In the park, you can fully appreciate the views of various plants, such as Pinang, Chinese fan palms, and other tropical trees.
