Day 01: Pingyao / Taiyuan
Today, our sincere tour guide will hold a greeting board to meet you at the lobby of your hotel in Pingyao. Then, you will be driven to Taiyuan. After your arrival, you will check in a 4 star hotel. The rest of the day will be yours to rest or explore the city on your own.

Day 02: Depart from Taiyuan (B/L)
In the morning, you shall visit Jinci Temple, which is a short drive (about 15 miles) from Taiyuan city centre. Jinci Temple was often used as an imperial garden. It is one of the most attractive spot in the area, known for its ancient trees, cultural relics, beautiful scenery and most of all, its ancient temple, a rarity in China. After lunch, you will visit Chongshan Monastery. The existing main architectures of Chongshan Temple are mountain door, bell tower, the eastern and western wing-room and Dabei Temple.
