Today, you will be picked up and drive to Tanggu to take an one hour city tour of the sites in Tanggu: The Bund and The Foreign Market. Then, you will take the super-train to Beijing. Upon arrival, you will visit the Tiananmen Square and Forbidden City. Then, you will be sent to your hotel.

Day 02: Beijing / Xingang Port (B/L)
Today, you will visit the Great Wall. After lunch, you will take the super-train back to Tanggu and drive back to Xingang Port.

Hi I will be spending 3 nights in Beijing from the 1st Aril 2011 and then boarding a cruise on the 4th from Tianjin Port. I have already booked hotel accomodation so could let me know what the cost of a 3/4 day Beijing tour would be that includes transfer from the Beijing Airport to the hotel on the 1st and transfer to the Tianjin Port from Beijing Hotel on the 4th Best Wishes John

Our cruise will dock at Tianjin Port for one day. And we must be back to the ship before 5:00pm. Is it possible for us to take a day tour of Beijing? Thank you for your suggestion in advice.

Time won’t be enough for a Beijing tour from Tianjin Port if your cruise dock for one daytime. The distance from Tianjin Port to Beijing is about 200km which will take 3 hours to drive. Well, maybe longer if there’s traffic jam. So we suggest you taking a tour to Tianjin City instead. Welcome to Beijing when you come to China next time!
