As home to pandas, China holds 239 pandas in captivity and 27 outside the country. The tour will cover Bifengxia Panda Reserve in Ya’an. The original Wolong Giant Panda Reserve has been damaged and closed because of 2008 Wenchuan earthquake. Bifengxia, where the panda was first discovered in 1920s, is a part of the Wolong Panda Reserve and located about 100 miles southwest of Chengdu.

Day 01: Arrive in Chengdu
Arrive in Chengdu, your guide will pick you up from the airport, then transfer to your hotel to check in.

Day 02: Chengdu (B/L/D)
Today, you will visit Wuhou Temple & Wangjiang Tower.
Day 03: Chengdu / Wolong (B/L/D)
Today, you will enjoy a full day tour of Wolong Panda Reserve. Probably the earliest reserves of its kind in China this 200,000 hectare park are a truly splendid way to see the panda in its natural state.

Day 04: Wolong / Chengdu (B/L/D)
Today, you will be driven back to Chengdu. Then, you will visit Dufu Thatched Cottage.

Day 05: Chengdu / Mt. Le / Mt. Emei (B/L/D)
Today, you will be picked up at your hotel and visit Mt. Le and Mt. Emei. Mt. Emei is one of the four mountains in China sacred to Buddhism, and has long been famous in Chinese literature for its spectacular scenery.
Day 06: Mt. Emei / Chengdu (B)
Today will be yours to explore the city on your own. Then, you will be driven back to Chengdu.
Day 07: Depart from Chengdu (B)
After breakfast, you will be transferred to the airport to take a flight to your next destination.
