Itinerary (B: Breakfast; L: Lunch; D: Dinner)
Day 01: Arrive in Beijing
Your guide will await you at the airport then escort you to the hotel accommodations to settle down, then you could have a good rest.
Day 02: Beijing (B/L/D)
Today's adventure starts from the magnicificent Tian'anmen Square which is symply the geograohic center of the city, followed by a tour to the Fobidden City which was the imperial palace during Ming and Qing dynasties so you can have an idea what the emporers' life would be in the past. After lunch, you will stroll in the Summer Palace, the best preserved imperial gardenn which served as a summer resort for Empress Dowager Cixi. In the evening, you will enjoy a Chinese Kungfu Show.
Day 03: Beijing (B/L/D)
Early morning transfer to the phynominal Great Wall of China, the symbol of the nation. After heading back to the city, the day continues with a rickshaw tour to the Hutong area, where you could stroll along the small alleys, lake area and fathom the old neighbourhoods in the past. Visit a local family and learn how to make Chinese cuisine. Overnight train to Zhengzhou.
Day 04: Beijing / Zhengzhou / Dengfeng (B/L/D)
Arrive in Zhengzhou, you will have a visit to the second-longest river in China (after the Yangtze River), Yellow River, which is called "the cradle of Chinese civilization", as it bred the northern Chinese civilization and was the most prosperous region in early Chinese history. Afterwards, transfer to Shaolin Temple in Dengfeng.
Day 05: Dengfeng (B/L/D)
Today, the tour kicks off with a morning visit to the fascianting Shaolin Temple, which is long associated with Chinese martial arts, especially Shaolin Kung Fu. In the afternoon, you will enjoy a grand martial arts performance and a welcome party.
Day 06-Day 10: Dengfeng Martial Arts School (B/L/D)
The following five days will be challenging. You will live in the Dengfeng Martial Arts School with the Chinese students and your professional coaches and get a systematic sduty of Kungfu, and enhance understanding of the spirit of Chinese Martial Arts.
Day 11: Dengfeng/Zhengzhou/Suzhou (B/L/D)
In the morning drive back from Dengfeng to Zhengzhou, then take bullet train from Zhengzhou to Suzhou. Settle down at Suzhou to have a good rest in the evening.
Day 12: Suzhou / Shanghai (B/L/D)
Today, you will visit several sites of Suzhou: the Garden of the Master of Nets, the Silk Embroidery Factory, Panmen and a cruise on the famous Ancient Grand Canal. Then you will be transferred to Shanghai for the evening.
Day 13: Shanghai (B/L/D)
In the morning, you tour guide will greet you at the hotel and take you to visit the Bund, one of the most popular tourist destinations in Shanghai. The Bund has dozens of historical buildings raning from Chinese traditional style to western style in 19th century. You can also have a view of the Oriental Pearl Tower from afar in the other riverside. Afterwards, you will pay a visit to the famous Tongli Water Town.
Day 14: Depart from Shanghai (B)
Today, you are free to explore the city by yourself and later you will be transferred to the airport for your flight leaving China.
