Tour Itinerary

Itinerary (B: Breakfast, L: Lunch, D: Dinner)

Day 01: Arrive in Taiyuan (D)
Our tour guide and private vehicle will pick you up from the airport in Taiyuan. Then you will be transferred to your hotel to check in.
Day 02: Taiyuan / Pingyao (B/L/D)
Be picked up from your hotel at 09:00 am. Visit Jinci Temple. Then drive to Pingyao (2-hour drive), you will visit Qiao Family's Compound and Shuanglin Temple before you check in your hotel in Pingyao.
Day 03: Pingyao / Taiyuan (B/L/D)
Today, you will enjoy a tour in this old area including the Ancient City Wall, Ri Sheng Chang Exchange Shop and Ming and Qing Street. Back to Taiyuan in the late afternoon.

Day 04: Taiyuan / Mt. Wutai (B/L/D)
Morning take a bus to Wutai Mountain. Afternoon explore the Wutai Mountain Scenic Area. Stay in Wutai Mountain for overnight.

Day 05: Mt. Wutai / Datong (B/L/D)
Morning take a bus to Datong, visit Hanging Monastery and the Wooden Pagoda at Ying County on the way. Stay in Datong for overnight.
Day 06: Datong (B/L/D)
Full day tour ofthe Yungang Grotto, Nine Dragon Wall and Huayan Temple. Be transferred back to your hotel after the whole day tour.
Day 07: Depart from Datong (B)
Today will be free for you to explore this city on your own. Later in the day you will departure for your next destination.
