Itinerary (B: Breakfast, L: Lunch, D: Dinner)
Day 01: Arrive in Beijing
Arrive in Beijing, your guide will pick you up from the airport, then transfer to your hotel to check in.
Day 02: Beijing (B/L/D)
Today you will visit Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City, the largest and most intact structures of the imperial palace. After lunch, visit the Summer Palace. In the evening you will attend a famous Chinese Acrobatic Show.
Day 03: Beijing (B/L/D)
The highlight of today's tour is a trip to the Great Wall of China, the only man-made structure on Earth that can be observed from the moon. After lunch, you will visit the Ming Tombs, the burial site for 13 of the Ming emperors. For dinner, you will enjoy the famous Peking Roast Duck.
Day 04: Beijing / Xian (B/L/D)
Morning fly to Xian, upon your arrival, your guide will pick you up from the airport and take you to visit the Ancient City Wall and the Wild Goose Pagoda. And you will enjoy the dumpling banquet for dinner, and then you will watch the Tang Dynasty Dancing Show.
Day 05: Xian (B/L/D)
Today begins with a trip to the world-famous Terra-Cotta Warriors. Afterwards you will visit the Tomb of Qin Emperor.
Day 06: Xian / Hangzhou (B/L/D)
This morning you will take a flight to Hangzhou. Upon your arrival, you will be picked up at the airport and taken to cruise on the West Lake. Then, you will be driven to your hotel to rest.
Day 07: Hangzhou / Mt. Huangshan (B/L/D)
Today you will visit the Six Harmonies Pagoda, and the Lingyin Temple. Then you will be driven to Huangshan, which has many beautiful streams and bridges and also three large waterfalls that are all worth visiting.
Day 08: Mt. Huangshan (B/L/D)
In the morning you will take the cable car up the Mt. Huangshan. Then you will visit a scenic area that opened in 2001, the Xihai Grand Canyon. You will start out at Cloud Dispelling Pavilion, and then go through the White Cloud Area at Fairy Walking Bridge. After the tour, you will take the cable car down the mountain back to Tunxi.
Day 09: Mt. Huangshan / Shanghai (B/L/D)
Morning you will visit the City Museum, the Ink Stick Factory and Old Street. Then you will take a flight to Shanghai. Upon your arrival, your guide will pick you up from the airport and take you to visit the Oriental Pearl TV Tower.
Day 10: Shanghai (B/L/D)
Today's excursion takes you to Nanjing Road, the Bund, Yu Garden and the well-known Temple of City Patron.
Day 11: Depart from Shanghai (B)
Today will be free for you to explore this city on your own. Later in the day you will be brought to the airport to take a flight to your next destination.
