12 Days China Trip from Sheik

Dear Lily,
Thanks once again for a memorable trip you arranged for us. All arrangements were excellent and good value for money.
As regards the comments and criticisms, we have the following:
All guides were fluent in English, and we did not have any problem in communication. All guides were well informed, knowledgeable and helpful. All drivers were excellent and helpful. All coaches were very clean.
All hotels were 5 stars and breakfast was of high standard, Very commendable.
The restaurants were all very good however the meals at one occasion were not enjoyed by all. The group members had a low opinion of it. The vegetarian’s requirement was not fully understood by guide/serving staff. The portions of soups served, for example, were so huge that even one bowel could have served the 6 vegetarians and there were 4 bowels! The plus point was the ambience of restaurants and courteous service. We would recommend 2 meals: one at a family visit and the other lunch at Yichang, before boarding the flight to Shanghai.
Finally, we would recommend Linda as the best guide in the tour, for dedication and service with a smile.
Once again the plus point was selection of 5 Star Hotels and of good, quality Restaurants and courteous service throughout. Many thanks
