14-day wonderful trip in China

Dear all:
I want to take a few minutes to thank your agency for preparing such a fine trip for my wife and me. Everything that I requested was done. We were pleased with the internal travel arrangements, with the hotels, and with the meals. What made the trip particularly special was the guides who met us in each location - Mohammad in Kashgar, Farouk in Urumqi, Mino in Hangzhou, Claire in Suzhou, and Chris in Beijing. Each guide was excellent, and each was different. We enjoyed the opportunities to chat and to learn about them as well as to enjoy their knowledge. They were all well informed and did a fine job of providing for our particular interests. For these aspects alone, I have already recommended your agency to others and will continue to do so.
However, we had a special circumstance. My wife injured herself on our first day in China, and Abbey and Sophie, from your office, were incredible in providing immediate and constant help. They rearranged our flights, rebooked hotels, and helped to make a difficult situation manageable. Two of our guides - Farouk and Claire - had to make major adjustments to our planned itineraries to allow us to visit hospitals, and then they had to help translate our needs to the hospital staff.
In each case they were professional and handled the situation well even though they had never had to do such an assignment before. We could not have managed to make it through this difficult time without the concerned help of Abbey, Sophie, Farouk, and Claire. We will always remember this special trip. We hope to be able to return again, and we will contact your agency when that becomes possible.
Again, my sincerest thanks for providing a most enjoyable and memorable and helping to smooth the difficulties for us.
