Dear Julie,
I would like to give special feedback to you in respect to our Beijing guide Sara. She is an exceptional person and has left all of the people in our group with an amazingly positive opinion of the country and people. During our vacation all matters were handled with poise and a smile. She is efficient without being too busy to assist clients. Sara is also flexible and able to adjust presentations to suit various people's interests. She provided relevant information to the group on all sites we visited. She also was able to inform us of many aspect of day to day life for local people that do not come in the travel books. In addition she was willing to share some personal stories that gave us real knowledge of Chinese life. These little anecdotes are priceless as it creates a bond of openness and trust between client and guide.
