Three Days Sightseeing

Hello!
We are writing our feedback regarding our 3 day trip we just completed in Beijing China that you have arranged for us.
Despite being jet legged from our 11 hour flight, we were warmly greeted by our guide, Alan, who made us feel right at home with his kind greeting. We were satisfied with the landmarks Alan took us to in the itinerary and found that he was not to slow or not to fast with his pace throughout the day. He always made sure we were comfortable and asked us if we needed anything all the time. Not only was he a knowledgeable guide but also kind and friendly. He was open with not only me and my wife but my kids as well, which made them really enjoy the tour even more. Our guide Alan was one of the major reasons why we enjoyed going with Itourbeijing and would recommend this company with a personal acknowledgement to Alan to all our friends. Mr. Lee, our driver, was also fantastic as he made my family feel safe going from one point to another. He always offered kind service to us, opening the doors and offering us water when we needed it. This trip was one of the best experiences we had out of all the many places we have traveled too and would personally like it if you could acknowledge Alan himself and pass this onto him. He was truly phenomenal and professional with his work and we look forward to working with you guys in the near future.
