Kenya Embassies and Consulates

The Republic of Kenya is located in East Africa. Wildlife safaris have been the mainstay of Kenya's tourism for decades. It has several parks, like Tsavo National Park, are among the best places in Africa to see lions, elephants, leopards and the famous wildebeest migration. China established the diplomatic relations with Kenya in 1963. Not until the 1970s did it gradually return to the normal. With frequent mutual visits at high level the friendly cooperation has witnessed outstanding achievements in many fields. The projects of aid and assistance provided by China to Kenya mainly include: Moi International Sports Center, methane-generating pit, the expansion project of Eldret hospital, Gambogi-Serem Highway etc. In recent years, the bilateral trade value increased greatly.
