Tunisia Embassies and Consulates

The Tunisian Republic is a country in upper Africa, the northernmost country on the African continent. Its size is almost 165,000 km² with an estimated population of just over 10.3 million. Despite its relatively small size, Tunisia has great geographical and climatic diversity. Arabic is Tunisia's official language. Due to the former french occupation, French also plays a major role in the country, despite having no official status. Being ranked the most competitive economy in Africa, Tunisia has a diverse economy, ranging from agriculture, mining, manufacturing, petroleum products and tourism. China established diplomatic relations with Tunisia in 1964.
