9-Day Shandong Highlights Tour

Itinerary (B: Breakfast, L: Lunch, D: Dinner)

Day 01: Arrive in Beijing
Arrive in Beijing, your guide will pick you up from the airport, then transfer to your hotel to check in.
Day 02: Beijing (B/L/D)
Today you will visit Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City, the largest and most intact structures of the imperial palace. This was where 24 Ming and Qing Dynasty emperors ruled China for over 500 years. After lunch, visit the Summer Palace. In the evening you will attend a famous Chinese Acrobatic Show.
Day 03: Beijing (B/L/D)
The highlight of today's tour is a trip to the Great Wall of China, the only man-made structure on Earth that can be observed from the moon. After lunch, you will visit the Ming Tombs, the burial site for 13 of the Ming emperors. For dinner, you will enjoy the famous Peking Roast Duck.

Day 04: Beijing / Jinan (B/L/D)
Transfer toJinan. After your arrival, your guide will take you to visit Baotu Springs and Daming Lake. Then you will check in your hotel to rest.

Day 05: Jinan / Taian (B/L/D)
Transfer to Taian. Visit Mt. Tai Tourist Attraction, followed by a visit to Dai Temple, which was first constructed in the Han Dynasty. It is perhaps the largest ancient complex on Mount Taishan. After that, check in your hotel to rest.
Day 06: Taian / Qufu (B/L/D)
Transfer to Qufu. Visit the Cemetery of Confucius, the Temple of Confucius, and Kong Family Mansion. After the tour, check in your hotel to rest.

Day 07: Qufu / Shanghai (B/L/D)
Transfer to Shanghai. After your arrival, your guide will take you to visit the Oriental Pearl TV Tower.

Day 08: Shanghai (B/L/D)
Today's excursion takes you to Nanjing Road, the Bund, the Yu Garden, and the well-known Temple of City Patron.
Day 9: Depart from Shanghai (B)
Today will be free for you to explore this city on your own. Later in the day you will be brought to the airport to take a flight to your next destination.
