So ships larger than 87,000 tons will dock at the terminal in Waigaoqiao Port instead of Shanghai Port International Cruise Terminal. Actually, Waigaoqiao Port can handle four cruise ships at one time. The construction of Wusong Cruise Ship Terminal cost USD1.17 billion. Its advantages in depth and width allow it to accommodate three or four 60,000-ton, 300-meter cruise liners at the same time. Every year, Shanghai Port welcomes thousands of cruise tourists to enter or leave China from Shanghai Port terminal. We are a group of 5 Americans and would like an all day tour....pick up at Shanghai Port area 8AM...return at 5:00PM (Ocean Princess) stop for lunch. please respond to my both e-mail sites....thanks for your assistance in this matter....

Hello, I just check that your Diamond Princess on Feb 28 will dock at Haitong port near Waigaoqiao area. Vehicles cannot enter inside unless they get a Pass. But now time is too limited for us to apply for the Permit. So I suggest that you take the shuttle bus operated by Diamond Princess first to the urban area. And our guide will pick you up there and after the tour send you back there again. From our experience, the cruise's shuttle bus will take you to Shanghai Waima Wharf Silk Museum with the address of NO.1029, South Zhongshan Road, Huangpu District about 8:30am-9:00am. Anyway, I have emailed you the itinerary and quotation, please have a check.
