Bangchui Island Guide

Bangchui Island Scenic Spot located at the east of Binhai road of Dalian, is 9 kilometers away from the urban. In fifties and sixties, because a lot of important meets of Chinese government were held in Dalian and leaders of Chinese and others offen came to Dalian to inspect or visit, Dalian government built a hotel specially from 1959 to 1961 here. It is a home to Numerous Party Members and Football stars.
Bangchui Island is known for its beautiful pebbly beach and secluded swimming bay. Costal Road which links to Bangchui Island will show you the best view of ocean. The northern side of the area is encompassed by mountain ranges and the southern stretch is an area of pretty, soft sand. Since it looks like a wooden club, it is entitled as Bansdo, a transliteration of its Chinese name.

This scenic area offers diverse range of attractions both natural and manmade, including islets, scenic hills, cliffs, a beach resort, Bangchui Island and Banchui Island Guesthouse. Visitors can not only view San Sahn Island, misted by dense fog all year round, but they can also catch conch, crab and sea slug along the coast.
