Look at the map of China, you will find a small island at the bottom. That's Hainan Province, the southernmost province in China, which is also the second largest island after Taiwan. Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia and Vietnam are all its neighbors. With the capital city of Haikou in the north, the most famous city of this area - Sanya, is situated on the very southern coast.
